Storage, with a purpose.

How ToolSaathi uses essential session cookies, temporary files and browser preferences.

Your privacy choices

Use browser processing to keep files local. Server tools explain uploads before conversion, and their server copies are deleted within minutes whether or not you are signed in. Sign out using the header navigation.

Clear files resets a browser workspace and removes its results from the page. Your originals and downloaded copies on your device remain yours.

Essential session cookies

Cookies support email/Google sign-in, conversion ownership, request protection and Google’s temporary sign-in state. They are needed for account and server features. Signing in never keeps files: server copies are deleted within minutes for everyone.

The app adds no optional advertising or analytics cookies. Clearing site cookies signs you out and removes your browser’s current session identifiers.

Browser storage

Local storage remembers your appearance using toolsaathi-theme. Session storage keeps a random tab identifier using toolsaathi-tab. Neither stores your file contents or calculator data. Language choice lives in the page address (/hi/ for Hindi) or in memory, and active browser results live in memory.

Clear this site’s browser data to remove these preferences. The appearance switch still works during the visit when browser storage is blocked.

Caching and downloads

Your browser may cache public styles, scripts and icons. Account API responses and private downloads use no-store caching controls. Files you download remain on your device after the server copy is deleted.

Read the privacy page for details about conversion and cleanup.
