Yes. All tools are free to use, with no account or subscription required.
Do my files get uploaded?+
Browser tools process locally. Office conversion and some PDF/OCR tools upload files to isolated server workers only for the conversion. Nothing is stored: the original is deleted when conversion ends and the result as soon as your browser has it (within 2 minutes at most). Results stay on your page until you refresh.
Can I use ToolSaathi on my phone?+
Yes. The tools work in modern mobile browsers. For large PDFs or image batches, use a smaller batch if your phone runs low on memory.
Will my photo work for an online form?+
You can set pixel dimensions and file-size limits, but each application has its own requirements. Always check the downloaded file against the instructions from your application portal.
