Browser tools

Browser processing keeps selected file contents on your device. Temporary data and object URLs are cleared when you clear, refresh or leave the workspace. Calculator expressions, history, memory and datasets stay in page memory. The calculator does not send them to a calculation server.

Downloaded files remain on your device until you remove them. Your browser, operating system and extensions manage their own information outside ToolSaathi’s control.

Server conversions are never stored

Workspaces identify server processing before you submit. Server tools upload the original file only to create a result using conversion workers. Choosing server processing in a browser tool also uploads the file. ToolSaathi has no file history and does not keep files for signed-in users either.

The original is deleted as soon as the conversion ends. Your browser then copies the result into the page and the server copy is deleted at once; if that cannot happen, results are deleted 2 minutes after they are ready, and an unfinished job is removed after 10 minutes. A cleanup worker checks every 15 seconds.

Results stay in the page until you refresh, close or leave it, which also deletes any unfinished server job for that tab. Keep your own original copies and download results before leaving.

Your account

ToolSaathi stores your name, email address and account/session records in MySQL. Email passwords are stored using the authentication service’s password hashing, rather than plain text. Essential cookies identify your signed-in session and protect requests.

Sign-up, log-in and password reset forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to stop automated abuse. Cloudflare runs the check in its own frame and receives technical details from your browser for it; ToolSaathi receives only a pass or fail result.

When Google sign-in is configured and you choose it, Google provides your basic profile and email for account sign-in. Google handles its own sign-in page. This site does not receive your Google password. Uploaded document contents are not sent to Google for sign-in.

Preferences and website requests

Your light/dark choice is saved in local storage as toolsaathi-theme. A tab identifier in session storage lets the server delete that tab's temporary jobs on refresh. File contents and calculator data are not saved in browser storage by the app. Language selection stays in the page address, such as /hi/ for Hindi, or in memory.

This application adds no advertising or analytics scripts. Hosting infrastructure may record ordinary website requests and the service records operational details needed to run conversions and investigate failures.

Contact messages

Information you send by email is processed by your email provider and the recipient. Avoid sending private documents in an initial support request. Contact details appear on the contact page when configured.
